One of my favorite places that I spent time at was this Iris Ministries Base. It is called Michael's Childrens Village and it is different from other Iris Ministries orphanages that you will find in Southern Africa or India and Nepal. One thing that is really interesting about Iris Minnistries is how they do outreaches and church services. I'm not sure if they do it like this in the other countries where Iris has orphanages, but I know they do this in Mozambique. When they call people up who need to be healed (which is normal in Africa, and scarily not in America), the children say the healing prayer. The Iris people tell them how much Jesus loves them, and how much Jesus loves the sick person. And this "child like faith" that Jesus talks about so much is put into action, to heal someone's body.
